Our Social Workers have substantial experience with professional careers and associations in the specialist areas including working with women around experiences of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, Mental Health, Complex Trauma, Substance Misuse, Grief and Dying and Practices of Self-Care.

Our experienced Social Work clinicians with diverse backgrounds and skills, pride ourselves on providing a service that is non-judgemental, respectful, ethical and honouring of a person’s self-agency.
Here at Replenish we like to explore with people the sense and meaning they make of their lives and their identity with in the broader socially constructed world where there is often a background of injustice and cultural difficulty. During our conversations you may find us exploring unexpected and overshadowed stories in your life, tapping into forgotten resources to gain a richer and more hopeful understanding of yourself with a view of embracing preferred realities and illuminate preferred pathways.
Our work is founded on a deep respect and value of all people and as such this supports our engagement and interactions with all. It is important to us to provide a service that is respectful and ethical, committed to working towards outcomes that value your dignity and your self-determination.

We chose the symbol of the Dandelion here at Replenish because the Dandelion is a symbol of hope, love, and happiness.
It is also a symbol of healing from emotional pain and physical injury alike. It holds the warmth and power of the rising sun. The seeds of this plant are said to carry wishes for prosperity and new beginnings with them as they fly away into the sky.
These are values that are very important to us here at Replenish.
